I got back Saturday. Had a good time. It's been a long time since I spent that much time with Annie. We got a lot accomplished and had a lot of things we would have liked to do but didn't get to them. Even 8 days just flys by before ya know it.

We never even thought of naming the Mule until you brought it up. Now we are having an internal debate as to what the name should be!
Barbara wants to name it after "Francis the Talking Mule" of ancient TV fame. Way back in the black and white beginnings of TV.
I guess my desire for a manly name like "Gus" or such will never happen. Like the current tv commercial says "Lost another one to Barbara!"

Well it looks like you wasted no time putting your 4x4 to use! They are handy when you have some acreage that's for sure. You can tote stuff all over the place. You'll enjoy having it.

I left a comment on your blog. Word verification is on and it told me that you are monitoring your comments and that the comment wouldn't show up until you approved it. I didn't say anything worth sharing so you don't need to approve it, but let me know if you receive it or not.

I checked my settings and do not have word verification on. Sheri's problem is that Greg comes home from work earlier than her and looks at the e-mails. I suspect he reads them and then deletes them not knowing that he has to publish them to the blog. I did that a couple of times early on for comments made by Jeri and Dena.
I solved it by allowing all comments and will change it if the comments get out of hand. (Which I doubt.)

Ahh, that explains it.
I thought you all would enjoy my new adventure. I'm just amazed how easily this stuff writes, it almost writes itself. I had the great pleasure of having a few hours with inlaws again this weekend. First they came over Saturday evening and much to my disappointment nothing of true craziness to write about happened, yes, I could have forced something, I just really wasn't inspired. Ask and you recieve, our plans together on Sunday proved to be another blog.... enjoy.

Let me make this clear, Dena and I didn't get to visit much - we were fighting with the friggin' Wall paper.
The time really wizzed right past us. I worked Dena'a tail off. we certainly went to bed exhausted every night.
Right after Dena left I noticed that the border was comimg down. and said "DAMN" got it put back up yesterday with Vinyl to vinyl paste. Let's see how long this lasts.
Thanks for all your hard work Dena, I really appreciated your help.
Next time we're gonna play.
